NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, July 22, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider. a request by Melissa B. Fitzgerald and Dennis J. <br />Fitzgerald of DJ Investments LLC d/b/a 10 Spot Liquor, at the property generally known as 7129 <br />Highway #10 NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for an <br />Off-Sale Intoxicating liquor license. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with <br />Disabilities Act. Upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form, and <br />interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact Jo Thieling at 763- <br />. .433-9840 prior to 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 16, 2008.
