CASE # 3 <br />PUBLIC HEARING: APPLICATION FOR ON-SALE, SUNDAY AND 2:00 A.M. <br />INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE; CASE OF BROKEN SPOKE SALOON <br />By: Jo Thieling, City Clerk <br />Background• <br />Alan J. Hamel, William M. Boyum and James J. Green, Jr., d/b/a Broken Spoke Saloon, have <br />properly applied for an on-sale, Sunday and 2:00 a.m. intoxicating liquor license at 7550 <br />Highway #10 NW, Ramsey. This is the .current site of Diamond's Sports Bar & Grill. This is <br />not a request fora .new business; it is the sale/transfer and name change of a current business. <br />Enclosed is a copy of the public hearing notice. Police Chief Way has completed the background <br />investigation and reviewed the application and found everything to be in order. <br />The physical receipt of this license will be contingent upon the liquor license fmancing being <br />worked out to everyone's satisfaction. <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to approve/not approve an on-sale, Sunday and 2:00 a.m. intoxicating liquor license <br />application for Alan J.
