NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, July 22, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Alan Hamel, William Boyun and <br />James Green Jr., d/b/a Broken Spoke Saloon, for an On-Sale, Sunday Sales and 2:00 a.m. <br />Intoxicating Liquor License at the property generally known as 7550 Highway #10 NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. (Note: This is not a new liquor license; this is a transfer of ownership and a name <br />change. This is the current Diamonds Sports Bar & Grill site.) <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for an <br />On-Sale Intoxicating liquor license. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with <br />Disabilities Act. Upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form, and <br />interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact Jo Thieling at 763- <br />433-9840 prior to 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 16, 2008. There is a TDID machine at Ramsey <br />Municipal Center; the number is 763-427-8591. <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, <br />attention Jo Thieling, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303.
