<br />Elmcrest Park <br /> <br />Councilmember Dehen stated that he has had complaints about Elmcrest Park being soggy. He <br />asked if the fields were domed. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Olson stated that they are domed at a 1 % grade. <br /> <br />Public Works Supervisor Reimer stated that Elmcrest is a clay area, so it has been soggy. <br /> <br />Flintwood Hills <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that he has received a call from the Flintwood Hills area that <br />they wanted to petition to have a portion of 142nd Avenue closed between Highway 47 and <br />Argon Street.
