Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution Authorizing the Sale of Lots 1 and lA, Block 1, TC Trail, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Economic Development Coordinator Sullivan explained that this case is to authorize the sale of <br />torrents property. There is a County requirement that specific authorization is required for <br />torrents property. He explained the Ordinance was introduced and adopted in April for the City <br />requirement and this is now a County requirement. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to adopt Resolution <br />No. 08-08-143 which is a resolution authorizing the sale of Lot 1 and LotlA, Block 1, TC Trail. <br /> <br />Motio1l carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Request for Final Plan Review of TC Trail; Case of the City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Associate Planner Gladhill explained this case is related to the platting of Lots 1 and lA, as well <br />as Outlots A and B of TC Trail, previously portions of Sunfish Lake Business Park and Sunfish <br />Lake Business Park Second Addition. The City engaged the services of Hakanson Anderson to <br />assist. Associate Planner Gladhill stated two accesses are proposed, noting the location of the <br />flag lot. He stated drainage, grading and landscape plans will be considered as part of the Site <br />Plan application. Park Dedication Fees have been satisfied with a previous plat and trail <br />dedication, stormwater fees, sanitary sewer trunk charges, and water trunk charges will be <br />addressed through a TIF Agreement with Panther Precision Machines. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig asked about the flag lot. <br /> <br />City Council / August 12, 2008 <br />Page 13 of 26 <br />
