Director <br />Background: <br />With funding supplied by a McKnight Grant, the Ramsey3 steering commi at onas roc ssthe The <br />2 years guiding 'the community through an innovative public part p p ublic <br />Ramsey3 project consisted of a 3-part process to ultimately develop meaningful p <br />participation and decision-making methods. to assist the community in charting its future course. <br />The final report is a summary of that 3-part process.
