A revised landscaping plan will be required prior to building <br />permit issuance. <br />The building is proposed to be constructed of pre-cast rib panels with smooth architectural <br />accents.. Staff finds this acceptable. <br />Planning Commission met on August 7, 2008 to discuss the site plan.
