13. STORMWATER MANAGEMENT FEES. Initial stormwater management fees will <br />be paid through the Tax Increment Financing district established by the City of Ramsey. <br />However, the applicant will be responsible for the stormwater utility charge, based on the. <br />determined Residential Equivalent Unit (REU) calculation of 8.08. <br />By <br />Its: <br />14. OUTSIDE REGULATORY AGENCIES. The Permittees herein agree to be <br />responsible for obtaining all required permits or licenses from any other regulatory <br />agencies. <br />15. CONSTRUCTION -SITE MAINTENANCE... The Permittees shall adhere to all City <br />ordinances relating to, but not limited to, dumping of garbage, .site development, <br />construction debris, open burning, etc. Construction and Delivery Hours are restricted to <br />7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. All stockpiles of building materials <br />shall be kept 20 feet from the back of curb, or a silt fence around the materials must be <br />installed. The Permittee shall post a sign stating such at all entrances to the Site, such sign <br />may range from 20 to 30 square feet in size, and be securely anchored in place. <br />17. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. The City shall be responsible to provide the financial <br />assistance listed. in Section 2.2 of the Development Agreement between the parties. The <br />payment for the Site Improvements shall be made at the time a Certificate of Occupancy <br />for the Development Property is issued. These payments will be made to Permittee only <br />if all property taxes, City fees and charges on the property are current. <br />18. AGREEMENT BINDING ON HEIRS, ETC. The Permittees agree that this <br />Development Permit shall be binding upon their successors and assigns. Breach of any' <br />of the terms of this Development Permit by the Permittees shall be grounds for denial. of <br />building permits. <br />C.T.T Properties, LLC hereby acknowledges receipt of this permit and that they have reviewed <br />the conditions of and have agreed that they will comply with the terms of this permit. <br />CITY OF RAMSEY,IVIINNESOTA <br />By <br />Its:.
