(7) feet in height for ground signs, as measured from the established grade <br />of the parking area(s) to which such signs are accessory.. <br />Subd. 4, Window Signs. Window signs shall not exceed thirty percent <br />(30%) of the-area of the window in which the sign is proposed to be displayed. <br />9.12.10 Business and Industrial Park Signs. <br />Subd. 1. Park Identification Signs. Industrial or business park signs shall <br />be permitted to contain the following information: the name and address of the park, the <br />management or the developer thereof, .and the names of the individual businesses located within <br />said parka Park identification signs shall contain no advertising material of any kind, and shall be <br />subject o the following: <br />a. All industrial and business park signs. shall be ground or wall signs. <br />b. There shall not be more than one (1) industrial or business park sign for <br />each point of vehicular access to an office or industrial park. <br />c. The gross surface area of an industrial or business park sign shall not exceed <br />one hundred (100) square feet in gross surface area for each exposed face <br />nor exceed an aggregate gross surface area of two hundred (200) square feet <br />d. Aground industrial or business park sign shall not project higher than ten <br />(10) feet, as measured from base of sign or grade of the nearest adjacent <br />roadway, whichever is higher. <br />Subd. 2. Park Member Identification Signs. <br />a. There shall not be more than one (1) wall sign for each principal building or <br />tenant or use within a building, except where the building abuts two. (2) or <br />more streets, additional such signs, one (1) oriented to each abutting street, <br />shall be permitted. <br />b. There shall not be more than one (1) ground sign for each principal building. <br />c. The gross surface area of a wall sign shall not exceed fifteen percent (15%) <br />of the occupant's proportionate share of the building wall to which the sign <br />is to be affixed: A wall sign shall not project higher than the parapet line of <br />the wall to which the sign is to be affixed. <br />d. The gross surface area of a ground sign shall not exceed one hundred (100). <br />square feet for each exposed face nor exceed an aggregate gross surface area.. <br />of two hundred square feet. <br />-325- <br />
