<br />.~ <br /> <br />, <br />. <br /> <br />REC9Q AU G 0 -4 2008 <br /> <br />III'''' III" /1'" /11/1 "'" 11/11 "I" "" 1'" <br />Record 10 2124365 <br /> <br />Councilmember Jeffrey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08-05-079 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO CONSTRUCT TWO PERMANENT SIGNS ON ONE LOT AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey-Arbor Properties, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," has <br />properly applied for a Conditional Use Permit to construct two (2) permanent signs on the subject <br />property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Alpaca Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />495608.008 <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on April 3, 2008 conducted the <br />public hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request, with <br />contingencies. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #0825, a Conditional Use Permit ("Permit") to construct two (2) <br />signs on the subject property is hereby granted to Ramsey-Arbor Properties, referred to as the <br />"Permittee". <br /> <br />2. That the Permit only applies to the signs indicated on the site plan, Sheet AI, prepared by <br />C.M. Architecture dated March 3, 2008. <br /> <br />3. That the signs shall not be constructed in the public right-of-way. <br /> <br />4. That the sign on Riverdale Drive shall not exceed 50 square feet in size. <br /> <br />5. That the proposed signs shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with all applicable <br />Staff Review letters, approved site plans, City Code, and Uniform Building Codes. <br /> <br />6. That this Permit shall be perpetual in duration as long as the terms are herein complied with. <br /> <br />7. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Permit. <br />
