That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />9. That this Permit shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by April 22, 2009 and <br />issuance of the building permit shall constitute initiation. <br /> <br />10. That the Permittee is responsible for acquiring all necessary permits, including but not <br />limited to local building permits. <br /> <br />11. That the Permittee is responsible for acquiring permits necessary to construct the signs in <br />easements as indicated on the Site Plan prepared by C.M. Architecture, Inc., Sheet AI. <br /> <br />12.
