<br />would be at 5 :00 p.m. the following Monday and was requesting that the meeting be a brief <br />closed session for additional analysis for potential settlement. He advised that there would not <br />be a meeting on August 5th because of National Night Out. <br /> <br />Councilmember Look stated that he received a resident call regarding drug usage and vandalism <br />at Alpine Park. He advised that the resident had indicated that the closing time of the park was <br />not being respected. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich suggested that they could increase patrols at that park. <br /> <br />Councilmember Look advised that he did explain to the resident that there is not much the City <br />can do in that situation, other than catching those people in the act but stated that he would bring <br />the issue to the attention of the Council. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich advised that some cities do have video monitoring.
