Failure to pay would
result in the entire past-due amount being assessed
against the property, payable with property taxes pay-
able in 2009. An administrative fee plus interest will
be charged.
Notices will be mailed to the utility service ad-
dresses with delinquent billings the first week of Sep-
tember notifying the property of the delinquent billing
and what will take place. A public hearing to address
unpaid service billings will be held on September 23,
2008, at 7:00 pm, at Ramsey Municipal Center - 7550
Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota in the Coun-
cil Chambers.
To avoid receipt of a notice of delinquent service
billings, payments for utility billings must be received
by the city of Ramsey by September 1,2008.
If you have questions regarding this process,
please contact Sandy Carlson, Assistant Finance Of-
ficer, at 763-576-4302.

Park and Recreation
Commission Summer
Schedule

September 11
Elmcrest Park, 16303 Quicl(silver St
October 9
Ramsey Municipal Center,
Council Chambers

In case of inclement weather, the decision to
move the meeting will be made by 4:00 pm the day
of the meeting.
