<br />Funding: <br /> <br />As this requirement for a comprehensive plan amendment was an oversight on the City's part, <br />the City is not seeking compensation from the property owners for staff time associated with <br />pr()cessing ~~_ _~~~d~e~t. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends approval of the minor comprehensive plan amendment. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recominend that the City Council adopt the proposed resolution approving the <br />amendment and authorizing staff to submit the Comprehensive Plan Amendment to Metropolitan <br />Council for approval. <br /> <br />-or- <br /> <br />Motion to recolillnend that the City Council deny the request for a Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />.
