<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby declares that this amendment qualifies as a minor <br />comprehensive plan amendment per the Metropolitan Council defInition and the City waives the <br />adjacent review and comment period for governmental units and affected special districts. <br /> <br />2) J:hat the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the amendment to vary from the Development <br />Staging Plan to facilitate development occurring on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />3) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes City Staff to submit the necessary <br />documentation to Metropolitan Council for an amendment to tl;1e Development Staging Plan in <br />the 2001 Comprehensive Plan to allow for the extension of municipal services to the Subject <br />Property prior to 2010. <br /> <br />4} That this minor comprehensive plan amendment sill).ll become effective concurrent with the <br />City's receipt of notification of approval from Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of' the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Counci.lmember . ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br />day of September, 2008. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08-09-_ <br />Page 2 of 4 . <br /> <br />56 <br />
