<br />4. The Permittees shall make a reasonable effort to locate the residential structure and any <br />accessory buildings constructed on the Subject Property so as not to interfere with the orderly <br />resubdivision of the Subject Property at some point in the future, and by accepting this <br />variance acknowledge that not doing so may adversely impact the ability of the Subject <br />property to be subdivided in the future. <br /> <br />5. The Permittees shall maintain the driveway access to County Road #64 (181 st Avenue N.W.) <br />in accordance with the Minnesota Fire Code standards for access roads exceeding 150 feet in <br />length, as the driveway in this case serves as an access road for the dwelling: <br /> <br />a. Maintain a minimum driveway width of 10 feet <br />b. Maintain a minimum horizontal clearance of 12 feet along the length of the <br />driveway. <br />c. Maintain a minimum vertical clearance of 13 feet 6 inches along the length of the <br />driveway. <br />d. The driveway shall be constructed to City Code standards for 5 ton weight limits <br />in order to support emergency vehicles such as fire trucks. Approved surfacing <br />materials include con-bit, Class 5, bituminous or concrete; any other material <br />choice is subject to the approval of the Zoning Administrator. <br />e. The driveway shall be properly maintained and accessible in all types of weather <br />conditions. <br /> <br />6. That the Permittees shall be responsible for installing a post within 30 feet of County Road <br />#64 (181st Avenue N.W.) that has the house number attached to it. The numbers shall be at <br />least 3 inches in height and shall be of a color that contrasts with the color of the background <br />to which they are attached. <br /> <br />7. The Permittee agrees that this variance shall be recorded in the office of the Anoka County <br />Recorder. <br /> <br />8.
