Recannmendatian. <br />Staff recommends the following. <br />IP Q$-31 CZ:ameleosz Street Faving; <br />• Affirm praposed full unit assessment for vacant property. <br />• Direct staff to review the grades at 17410 Chameleon to determine whether the planned <br />drainage improvements should be modified. <br />IF 08-3415191 Ave, 152"d Ave & Fluorine St Paving <br />• Direct staff to poll properties close to the existing sanitary sewer on the frontage road to <br />see whether it is feasible to extend sewer and water to a portion of the project area. <br />Direct staff to remove the closure of 152°d Ave at TH 47 from the scope of the <br />improvements. <br />• Affirm the retention of the connection of 152"d Avenue to Helium Street within the scope <br />of the improvements. <br />• Direct staff to review an alternate location, with the affected property owner for the <br />relocation of the storm sewer outfall. <br />• Affirm proposed equal assessment fvr corner properties on the frontage road. <br />IF 0~-33 Ute Street Faving <br />• Direct staff to locate property corners and proposed edge of the roadway as proposed by <br />the study including the approximate edges of the cul de sac bulb. <br />• Affirm the proposed street width of 28 feet or direct staff to prepare hardship criteria for <br />deviating from this standard. <br />• Direct staff to review an alternate location with the affected property owner for the storm <br />sewer outfall and add inlet pipes to drain the properties at the corner of 179`" Lane. <br />Action: <br />Motion to recommend to the City Council the staff recommendations outlined. above, <br />Reviewed By: <br />Director of Public Worl~s/Principal City Engineer <br />Police Chief <br />Fire Chief <br />Public W orks Street Supervisor <br />Assistant City Engineer <br />City Attorney <br />Pd6': 09/16/08 <br />4 <br />
