Recannmendatian. Staff recommends the following. IP Q$-31 CZ:ameleosz Street Faving; • Affirm praposed full unit assessment for vacant property. • Direct staff to review the grades at 17410 Chameleon to determine whether the planned drainage improvements should be modified. IF 08-3415191 Ave, 152"d Ave & Fluorine St Paving • Direct staff to poll properties close to the existing sanitary sewer on the frontage road to see whether it is feasible to extend sewer and water to a portion of the project area. Direct staff to remove the closure of 152°d Ave at TH 47 from the scope of the improvements. • Affirm the retention of the connection of 152"d Avenue to Helium Street within the scope of the improvements. • Direct staff to review an alternate location, with the affected property owner for the relocation of the storm sewer outfall. • Affirm proposed equal assessment fvr corner properties on the frontage road. IF 0~-33 Ute Street Faving • Direct staff to locate property corners and proposed edge of the roadway as proposed by the study including the approximate edges of the cul de sac bulb. • Affirm the proposed street width of 28 feet or direct staff to prepare hardship criteria for deviating from this standard. • Direct staff to review an alternate location with the affected property owner for the storm sewer outfall and add inlet pipes to drain the properties at the corner of 179`" Lane.
