<br />SAINT KATHARINE DREXEL CATHOLIC CHURCH <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota (the "CITY"), and SAINT <br />KATHARINE DREXEL CATHOLIC COMMUNITY, (the "DEVELOPER"), a Minnesota <br />non-profit corporation, whose address is 7101 143rd Avenue N.W., Suite G, Ramsey, MN <br />55303. <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following described property <br />situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying easterly of the west <br />185 feet thereof. <br /> <br />Or upon recording: <br /> <br />Lot, 1, Block 1, Outlots A and B, Saint Katharine Drexel Catholic Church, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "SubjectProperty"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 23, 2008 pursuant to Resolution No. 08-09-_, the CITY <br />approved the final plat of the Subject Property, which plat is known as SAINT KATHARINE <br />DREXEL CATHOLIC CHURCH (the "Plat"), which approval is contingent on certain <br />requirements, including the DEVELOPER and 'the CITY entering into this Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the fmal plat for the Subject Property conforms to the sketch <br />plan/preliminary plat for Saint Katharine Drexel Catholic Church; and <br /> <br />Saint Katharine Drexel Catholic Church <br />Development Agreement <br />Page 1 of9 <br /> <br />-244- <br />
