MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.23 (E-2 EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT) <br />. AND 9.20.24 (E-l EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT) OF THE RAMSEY CITY CODE. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1 AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />SECTION2 AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 9.20:24 (B-1 Employment District), Subd. 3.e.l, Subd. 4, Subd. 4.a.1, Subd. 4.a.3, Subd. <br />4.b.2, Subd. 4.b.3, Subd. 4.cA, and Subd. 4.d.3 of the Ramsey City Code are hereby amended to <br />read as follows: . <br /> <br />9.20.24 <br /> <br />E-l Employment District <br /> <br />Subd.3.e.l Storage area is surfaced with bituminous or concrete and finished <br />with continuous concrete curbing. <br /> <br />Subd.4. Conditional Uses Requires a conditional use permit based upon <br />procedures set forth in and regulated by Section 9.03.05 (Conditional Uses) of this <br />Chapter. . <br /> <br />Subd. 4.a.l Storage area is surfaced with bituminous or concrete and finished <br />with continuous concrete curbing. <br /> <br />Subd.4.a.3 The provisions of Section 9.03.05, Subd. 2.g are considered aIld . <br />satisfactorily met. <br /> <br />Subd.4.b.2 Sales area is surfaced with bituminous or concrete and finished <br />with continuous concrete curbing. <br /> <br />Subd. 4.b.3 .
