Storage area is surfaced with bituminous or concrete and finished <br />with continuous concrete curbing. <br /> <br />Subd.4. Conditional Uses Requires a conditional use permit based upon <br />procedures set forth in and regulated by Section 9.03.05 (Conditional Uses) of this <br />Chapter. <br /> <br />Subd. 4.a.1 Storage area is surfaced with bituminous or concrete and finished <br />with continuous concrete curbing. <br /> <br />Subd.4.a.3 The provisions of Section 9.03.05, Subd. 2.g are considered and <br />satisfactorily met. <br /> <br />Subd.4.b.2 Sales area is surfaced with bituminous or concrete and finished <br />with continuous concrete curbing. <br /> <br />SECTION 3 SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #08:-_ has been . approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #08-_ to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning <br />and Subdivision of Land) Section 9.20.23 (E-2 Employment District) and Section 9.20.24 (B-1 <br />Employment District) to bring the performance standards into conformance with all other <br />commercial and industrial district regulations and require bituminous or concrete surface on <br />outdoor storage, service, sales, display and rental areas. <br /> <br />SECTION 4 EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to <br />City Charter Section 5.07. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Ramsey City Council the _ day. of <br /> <br />, 2008. <br /> <br />54 <br />
