Cqrb ?Jng Gutt~l' - For the purposes of street reconstrUction, the project costs 'vvill include the cost of <br />replacing or repai~ing concrete curb and gutter. Concrete curb and gutter is required unless the average lot <br />front~lge is greater than 150 feet. In those cases where new concrete curb and gutter is instllUed, an <br />additional special benefIt will be assessed. The cost to be assessed Sh(lU be the cost of installing the new <br />concrete curb and gutter and assessed on a front foot basis. The addition of a wider street Or a storm sewer <br />system may also be considered an additional special benefit and may be assessed. <br /> <br />4. Utilities.. Reconstruction upgrades and repllirs to existing water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer are not <br />assessed and are paid by relative utility fund/fees as considered maintenance and upkeep/upgrade item. <br />Brand new and non replacement utilities are 100% assessed. <br /> <br />5. Drivewavs - Match repair/replacement paid under roadway reconstruction funding. <br /> <br />6. Street Lights - Installation of street lights will be 100% assessed and possible only if petitioned by <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />7. N~w Sidewalk - No assessment if determined needed by City. <br /> <br />8.
