She indicated the Town Center <br />district sign regulations are much more restrictive than those for the general Business and <br />Employment districts throughout the community and explained that buildings in Town Center are <br />allowed one wall sign per street frontage and the size limit on the sign is 5% of the area of the <br />ground level fayade or 24 square feet, whichever is less. She stated this compares to 15% of the <br />area of the entire building fayade, not just ground level, in the City's other business districts, or <br />25% of the area of the entire building fayade is using channel levels.
