There are cities that are requiring longer warranty periods, such as Andover, who requires a <br />2 -year warranty. It was noted that Ramsey currently has a 12 -month warranty period. <br />Action: <br />No action required. <br />COMMITTEE INPUT <br />Receive Petition for Stop Sign at Fluorine Street and 146th Avenue NW <br />City staff has received a petition for a stop sign at Fluorine Street and 146"', which should be <br />officially received and passed onto the Council, A letter from Mr. Kemp was handed out <br />regarding looking at restricting parking on one side of the frontage road. <br />Three Vehicle Accident <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated that Fire Chief Kapler was called away to a 3 -vehicle accident <br />on Nowthen Blvd northwest of Sunfish Lake Blvd. He noted that there were 3 personal injuries <br />that were transported to the hospital. He stated that the injuries are severe, but there shouldn't be <br />any fatalities. <br />Elmcrest Park Entrance <br />Public Works Director Olson stated that the City has been working on a low cost entrance <br />monument for Elmcrest Park. He showed a picture of a stone that has been delivered and noted <br />that the City has hired someone to etch on the stone.
