Case #3: Update for Storm Drainage Utility Fee for Green Valley Greenhouse <br /> <br />Council/Staff explained to Mr. Davis what would be necessary for his property to be <br />eligible for a storm drainage utility credit. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to ratify the direction of the Committee. <br /> <br />Case #4: Update of Sunwood Drive Improvement Between County Road #116 to <br />County Road #57 (Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W.) <br /> <br />According to a recent letter we received, the State of MN-DN-R denied our request to <br />amend the permit we received to cross over a wetland west of County Road #57. Staff <br />will continue to pursue the less expensive option of crossing the wetland with two box <br />culverts instead of a 100' long bridge. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to ratify the direction of the Committee. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Case #5: Update on Dysprosium Street N.W. <br /> <br />The Public Works Committee was advised that staff has acted upon its earlier direction <br />by scheduling a site visit by representatives from MnDot to view the speed humps which <br />have been requested to be removed. Ms. Patti Loken and Ms. Nadine Rodriguez will <br />visit the street at 5:30 p.m. and subsequently attend the 7:00 p.m. CounciI meeting. The <br />attached letter was sent to Dysprosium Street area residents advising them of this <br />meeting. It is anticipated that this meeting will be the beginning of a dialog between the <br />City, .MnDot and the residents to provide a safe street. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Staff was directed to have a presentation of some alternative traffic calming measures, <br />their costs, and possible financing. <br /> <br />Case #6: Update for Mining and Grading Ordinance <br /> <br />Staff explained that the current ordinance is meant to differentiate between residential re- <br />grading and commercial export of soil from a property.
