<br />Security, Sanitation, & Medical Support: <br /> <br />For Saturday~ ample Security for maximum safety, will be present. The site will be <br />properly secured at all times with local police, aided by private security. Adequate and <br />clean sanitation will be supplied on-site, as well as medical personnel. No bottles or <br />foreign substances will be allowed on-site. Alcohol consumption will be scrupulously <br />monitored to remain in legal bounds. No person inebriated, will be allowed to leave the <br />premises until sober and lucid, or in the company of sober attendees responsible for that <br />individual's transportation and safety. On Sunday, alcoholic beverages will not be <br />available. <br /> <br />Insurance: <br /> <br />.Event insurance, along with the proper permits, will be solidified a full month before <br />the Event. <br /> <br />Aftermath &: Clean..up: <br /> <br />After the second day of the Event (Sunday), breakdown and clean-up will occur the very <br />next morning at 9:00 am, and continue until complete. <br /> <br />Advance Ticket Prices: <br /> <br />. A .Basic Entry Ticket which allows one to take in the 'Urban Issues &: <br />Education Forum' with free coffee, donuts, and juices, will be $10.00. <br />Beyond that, depending on how much food is ordered (i.e., dinner, drinks, <br />&/or other vendor foods), monies spent maybe higher. <br /> <br />. An Entry Ticket without Dinner will be $20.00. <br /> <br />. An Entry Ticket that is accompanied with a dinner selection and taking in all <br />entertainment, will be $48.00. <br /> <br />SiteIVenue Searcll.: <br /> <br />At this juncture in a coordinated site-search, four locations are being viewed: <br /> <br />· One in Anoka County <br />· One in Richfield <br />. One in Bloomington <br />. One in Mendota. Heights. <br /> <br />Location availability is Key. and the sooner a site is chosen and secured, and the Event <br />Date is nailed down, operative plans can move forward. Until the site is fixed with a time <br />and date, certain budget concerns cannot be finalized.
