The High School Reunion ToursC
APPLICATION AD.DENDl.JlVI

A great site for an outdoor Event is ikey' to its success. Central Park, in the City of
Ramsey, possesses nearly everything necessary to make this happen, save an abundance
of parking. Put the parking aside, and Central Park has great access, on-site water, lights,
electricity, and a bandshell. Further, the Park is very large, eliminating the 'suffocation
effect' that happens at the Minnesota State Fair. Long sight lines and partial perimeter
fencing will insure a great view of performers, and will help in securing the stage area
and the Park border.

We have taken the liberty to secure many acres of parking from the Catholic Community
of Saint Katherine Drexel, which abutts the park property. Thus, all the bases are
covered for a fine venue that is integral to any show..

Our wish is to utilize your tine facility, Central Park, in Ramsey, for two days and
evenings, in the Summer of 2009. For this, we understand insurance and a Permit is
necessary, as well as clearance from Police and Fire departments. This is agreed to.

In addition to the Permit cost, we are offering you a S% of the net proceeds of the entire
Event. For this, we would need only the Permit and your sUJ:mort for this Event, in its
entirety. Depending on ticket sales and show turnout, you! 5% participation could result
in a range between a few thousand dollars, all the way up to $30,000 to $40,000, or more.

Thank you in advance,

The 'High School Reunion Tours@' Committee
