-126- <br /> <br />That the second dwelling will be harmonious with and in accordance with the specific <br />objectives of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />10. That the second dwelling will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />That the second dwelling will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare, provided that all <br />necessary improvements are made to comply with City Code and a Certificate of <br />Occupancy is received. <br /> <br />12. That the second dwelling will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br /> market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />13. That the second dwelling will not be hazardous or disturbing to e:dsting or future <br /> neighboring uses. <br /> <br />14.
