The request for extension shall state <br />facts showing a good faith attempt to complete or utilize the use permitted in the conditional <br />use permit. Such petition shall be presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a <br />recommendation to the Council and acted upon by the Council. <br /> <br />The Permit-tee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in.administering and enforcing <br />this Permit. Said expenses shall be paid within 15 days of billing by the City and failure to <br />pay the City's expenses within the 15 day billing per/od will permit the City. to draw upon <br />any of the escrows required by this agreement for payment. <br /> <br />8. The City Administrator and/or his/her designee shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />9.
