-166- <br /> <br />The site plan is proposing a 3,575 square foot outside storage area. The plan indicates that a <br />chain link fence with PVC privacy slats will screen the outside storage area from adjacent <br />properties. Staff is recommending that the privacy fence be a wood fence instead of a chain link <br />fence with privacy slats, because vinyl slats deteriorate over time and due to the site being <br />located adjacent to a residential Planned Unit Development (Northfork). <br /> <br />The facility will be served by on-site sewer and water facilities. <br /> <br />The site plan will need to be reviewed and permitted by the Lower Rum River Water <br />Management Organization. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission reviewed the Site Plan on October 3, 2000.
