I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not involve uses, activities, processes, materials and <br />equipment and conditions of operation that may be detrimental to any persons, property <br />or the general welfare, by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke or glare. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will be in accordance with the objectives of the Comprehensive <br />Plan and the intent of Section 9.03.04 Conditional Use Permits and Section 9.14 Solid <br />Waste of the City Code. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen and seconded by Councilmember Connolly to adopt <br />Resolution #00-04-103 adopting Findings of Fact #0518 relating to the request for a conditional <br />use permit for a transfer station fi.om Ace Solid Waste. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Connolly, Anderson, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich reviewed the conditions of approval as included in the proposed <br />resolution approving the issuance of a conditional use permit for the operation of a transfer <br />station: <br /> <br />Councilmember Anderson stated she does not want any material to be left on the site overnight <br />or over the weekends. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen suggested an amendment to Condition #7 to indicate "inside storage <br />will be prohibitive for periods longer than 24 hours." <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich noted a condition will need to be added to address the delineation of the <br />wetland. <br /> <br />Council consensus was reached to accept the following finding of fact based on staff and public <br />input received tonight: <br /> <br />29. <br /> <br />A certified wetland delineator reviewing site and verifying there are no wetlands on the <br />site. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich asked about the ten foot strip which was mentioned and recommended <br />the consideration be subject to the site having public access. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated she thinks the ten foot strip was incorporated <br />into the right-of-way of Azurite Street. <br /> <br />Council consensus was reached to include the following condition: <br /> <br />30.
