5. Utilities: The site improvements are being installed as a private project with no financial <br /> participation on the part of the City. <br /> <br />Drainage & Utility Easements: The City will maintain only sewer and water utilities with/n <br />the plat which are designed to City standards for main, and are encumbered with a minimum <br />20 foot drainage and utility easement. The wetlands on the east boundary of the plat are <br />appropriately encumbered with a drainage and utility easement. <br /> <br />7. Park Dedication: Park dedication will consist of a cash payment in the amount of <br /> $112,800.00. <br /> <br />Trail Development Fee: There is a trail development fee due h2 the mount of $28,200.00. It <br />is estimated that this fee will be credited in the amount of $17,000.00 for construction of a <br />bituminous trail along Dysprosium St. N.W. to County Road #116 and from County Road <br /># 116 to T.H. #47. <br /> <br />9. Stormwater Management: The plat is subject to a stormwater management fee consisting of <br /> $366.00 per unit for a total of $34,400.00. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council ,,vill be meeting at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 13, 2000 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, to consider your request for final plat approval of Mallard Ponds. A copy of <br />the proposed development a~eement is enclosed for your information.
