REQUEST FOR SUBDIVISION AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />The DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following described property situated in the <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, <br />24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, <br />45,46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, and 58 Block 1; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, <br />6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, <br />29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 36 Block 2; Outlot A; Mallard Ponds, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br />The DEVELOPER has requested final plat approval and a rezoning to PUD to facilitate <br />development of the subject property with 26 detached townhomes, 16 twinhome units and <br />9 quad-home un/ts. <br /> <br />2. SUBDIVISION AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL. <br /> <br />On June 13, 2000 pursuant to Resolution No. 00-06-__, the CITY approved the final plat ' <br />of the Subject Property which plat is known as MALLARD PONDS (the "Plat"), which <br />approval is contingent on the terms and conditions of this agreement, including the <br />DEVELOPER and the CITY entering into this agreement. <br /> <br />On June 13, 2000, pursuant to the Ordiance #00-__, the CITY approved the request to <br />rezone the Subject Property to PUD. <br /> <br />The CITY hereby approves the Mallard Ponds PUD (the "Development") as shown on <br />the following exltibits. The DEVELOPER shall develop the Subject Properly'in <br />accordance with the plans shown on the exhibits.
