12. Street Lights: The Developer should make arrangements with Connexus to install the <br /> streetlights and the homeowners associations will be responsible for the utility bill. The City <br /> Engineer should be provided with a copy o~' the street light layout for incorporation into the <br /> City street light map. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 13, 2000, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, to review your proposed site plan for the <br />quadhome proposal. I suggest that you, or your representative, be present at the meeting to <br />answer any questions that may arise. A copy of the case cover sheet is enclosed for your <br />information.
