Off-street parking is also provided on paved driveways to each unit and there are 9 additional off-street parking spaces provided within 2 nodes along the private road. Public access will be provided from a cul-de-sac extension off of Dysprosium Street NW and a right4n/right-out on County Road #116. The inter/or streets will be developed as private roads. The City Engineer has recommended a minimum pavement width of 24 feet and that the proposed surmountable concrete curb be replaced with B-612 type. The development agreement will require that parking be restricted to one side of the private street. A detailed review of the landscape plan was not accomplished at the date of this writing, Some general comments have been made regarding species but Staff would like to go on record as reserving final comments and recommendations on the landscaping following the Planning Commission review and prior to submittal of the plan to City Council.
