Councilmember Anderson asked about the availability of employees who have periodically <br />worked for Ramsey. <br /> <br />City Manager Norman stated those people are no longer available. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to recommend that City <br />Council accept Ms. Kusler's resignation, authorize staff to contract with a temporary agency for <br />a secretary, and to send a letter of appreciation to Joan_ne Kusler for her years of contribution to <br />the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Further discussion: City Manager Norman advised that Ms. Kusler has been hired by the City of <br />Blaine at a substantial salary increase. Mayor Gamec noted the turnover in some of the City's <br />departments is impacting operations. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec and Chairperson Anderson.
