<br />Councilmember Strommen stated that the point is that the City cares about it when it reflects on <br />the City and can damage our City, so if it is something the City does not know about, she does <br />not think the City would care. <br /> <br />Councilmember Dehen stated that any type of truth and veracity affects the City in every <br />capacity and his point is that the City will not know aboutit all. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to adopt Resolution <br />#08-10-213 Amending the Personnel Policy. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Jeffrey, Strommen, Dehen, Elvig, Look, and <br />Olson. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec <br /> <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />Election <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich noted that the polls would be open on November 4,2008, from 7 a.m. <br />to 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig noted that the Council meeting scheduled for November 4, 2008, has been <br />moved to Wednesday, November 5 in the Council Chambers. <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson stated that the EDA is hosting a candidate meet and greet on <br />Thursday, October 30, 2008, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at The Fountains. <br /> <br />Veteran's Day <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated that the Council meeting scheduled for November 11, 2008, has <br />been changed to Monday, November 10, 2008, due to Veteran's Day. <br /> <br />Sunfish Lake Boulevard <br /> <br />Public Works Director Olson stated that Sunfish Lake Boulevard should be opened on Thursday, <br />October 30, 2008. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Strommen, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the City Council adjourned at 9:08 p.m. <br /> <br />City Council October 28, 2008 <br />Page 19 of 20 <br />
