<br />.. . <br /> <br />111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 <br />Record 102147410 <br /> <br />Board rvtember Levine introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />iI <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08-07-119 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO JOHN G. IVES <br />AT 14630 BOWERS DRIVE N.W. (P,ERMITTEE) TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY <br />STRUCTURE CLOSER TO THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL <br />STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John G. rves (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance from Section <br />9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure closer to the front property <br />line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 14630 Bowers Drive N.W. <br />and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Bowers Mississippi Acres Lot 15, Bowers Mississippi Acres reserving easement over rear <br />10ft for public utility, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on July 10, <br />2008, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact #0828 a variance to construct a 576 square foot accessory <br />structure closer to the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property <br />is hereby granted. <br /> <br />2. That the accessory structure constructed on the Subject Property shall maintain a minimum <br />setback of 43 feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />3. That no other structures or additions shall be constructed in the front yard unless it is in <br />accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />4. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br />this variance. <br /> <br />5. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />6. That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless it is in accordance <br />with City Code. <br /> <br />2003252.003 <br />
