<br />4. Increase existing pylon sign square footage. Creating additional space on the <br />pylon sign. (located on hwy 10), will allow business owners to increase their <br />visibility to the center. <br /> <br />5. Construction signage. The city loosening its ordinance on temporary signage for <br />businesses during construction. <br /> <br />We are not only requesting approval for the above mentioned signage but also the city <br />absorb all the costs associated with this project. We are confident that your efforts will <br />help keep this retail center viable for years to come. <br /> <br />Total project costs have not been fmaIiz~d but preliminary cost considerations are <br />estimated to be $20,000.00 to $30,000.00. . <br /> <br />Lastly, project timing is critical for milking this project successful. Upon City approval <br />we will work to get firm project costs.
