<br />The following official summary of Ordinance #08-XX has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly infoiniing the public of the intent and,effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />. . <br />This. Ordinance #08-XX will amend the section of Code which. requires that the physical site of <br />the charitable gambling orgamzation headquarters of the' registered business office of the <br />organization .be locatedin the ~ity of Ramsey (7.61.05d). Code is amended to allow Anoka <br />organizations with fifty percent (50%) or more of their members or participants being Ramsey <br />residents-to be' 8llowed to apply for a premise pernrlt to conduct charitable gambling in Ramsey. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
