Attached to this letter is a list of concerns that were expressed at the Open <br />House or delivered to the City of Ramsey after the Open House. First of all, I would like <br />to thank you for your participation in this important event. Secondly, as promised I <br />wanted to inform you that this issue will be on the October 28, 2008 City Council agenda <br />and that City Staffwill be recommending moving forward with the land acquisition phase <br />for this project but deferring the plan approval for approximately 10 months to better <br />gauge the potential funding sources for an interchange project that would include a bridge <br />over the railroad tracks. If the Staff recommendation is approved~ the Armstrong <br />Boulevard reconstruction project will be delayed~ at a minimum, to the 2010 construction <br />season. <br /> <br />The City Council will ~e discussing this matter at the City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br />at the Municipal Center located at 7550 Sunwood Drive NW. <br /> <br />Thank you for attention to this matter and we look forward to seeing you next Tuesday.
