Although this single movement does not <br />cUlTcntly WaITant stopping traffic on TH 10, MnDOT's reevaluation of signal phasing <br />after railroad preemption has concluded may provide an opportunity for these northbOlUld <br />left turns to be released earlier. <br /> <br />The plan looks good.
