Nelson <br />Community Development Director Amber Miller <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Police Chief James Way <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council Work Session to order at 6:13 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) Developer's Update on Fitness Center Proposal <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec introduced Mr. Boynton of Flagship Fitness. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated that Flagship Fitness is present to talk about a fitness center and <br />also to talk about their project in St. Michael. . <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that the Council's general feeling on this issue is that they would like it to <br />be more of a private entity project. <br /> <br />Mr. Boynton introduced Adrian Haid, the CEO of Flagship Fitness. He stated that since their <br />last visit with the City, they struck a deal with 81.
