<br />10. That all four (4) of the Applicant's dogs have current dog licenses issued by the City of <br />Ramsey. - <br /> <br />-II. That four (4) neighboring property owners, have provided written statements in support of the <br />Applicants request. <br /> <br />'12. That the Applicant has stated that dogs residing on the S1,lbject Property are under adult <br />supervision when outdoors, and restrained by use of a leash/cable or a'remote controlled <br />shock collar system. <br /> <br />13. That the Applicant has stated thatthere is a large 12 x 12 foot outdoor kennel, with a roof <br />and concrete slab, on Subject Property. <br /> <br />14. That the City received a complaint on September 16,2008 from an adjacent property oWner <br />in regards to the Applicant's dogs running at-large, physically assaulting neighboring <br />animals, chasing deer, defecating on neighboring properties, and entering neighboring , <br />garages. <br /> <br />15. That an attack on the adj acent property owner's dog, allegedly perpetrated by the Applicant's <br />dog, led to a veterinarian vjsit for an adjacent property owner's dog due to injuries sustained <br />on March 4,2008, according to an adjacent property owner. <br /> <br />16. That one of the Aplllicant's dogs was declared a potentially dangerous dog by the Ramsey <br />Police Department, defined by Minnesota Statute 347.50, subd.3. ' <br /> <br />17. That the proposed use will/will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />18. That the proposed use will/will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfateunless the animats are <br />physically contained. <br /> <br />19. That the proposed use will/will- not substantially adversely impair the use, enj oyment, or <br />market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />20. That the proposed use will/will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />21. That the proposed use will/will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services, and it will/will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of, <br />the community. , <br /> <br />22.
