He stated that there are two lanes
open now and next spring it is anticipated there will be a 2-day closure to complete the project
and open up four lanes.

Mr. Yamatpour stated that the people who are responsible for the project should know basics of
management and he doesn't think they do.

Mayor Gamec suggested that he talk to the County because they are the lead agency for this
project.

Mr. Yamatpour stated that all the parties involved should be at the table when decisions are
made.

Mayor Gamec reiterated that Mr. Yamatpour should contact the County, because although the
City is part of the project, the County is the lead agency.

Mr. Yamatpour asked if the City Engineer should have checked the reports to see that everything
was there. He stated that he got a letter four years ago, from the State that the budget is there for
Highway #10. He stated that he feels there has been mismanagement of this project and
someone should be held accountable.

Mayor Gamec reiterated that the County is the lead agency for this project and he will need to
work with the County.

Mr. Yamatpour stated that he has gone to the County twice and then they sent a sheriff to the
station to investigate him as a terrorist.

Mr. Yamatpour became very agitated and argumentative.

Mayor Gamec asked Mr. Yamatpour to sit down because he felt his behavior was out of order,
but reiterated that he should take his comments to the County.

City Council!
