<br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Dehen, to approve the agenda, as <br />submitted. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: City Administrator Ulrich stated that there was an addition to the agenda of <br />Case #5, Consider Amendment to Chapter 4 of the City Code by Adding a Section Permitting <br />Disconnection of City Water Service. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig rescinded his earlier motion. Councilmember Dehen also rescinded his <br />second. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Olson to approve the agenda <br />with the addition of Case #5. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
