<br />application that withholds Outlots A and B of The Ponds of Ramsey 2nd Addition from <br />the sale and that the City proceed to acquire the parcel for drainage and utility and park <br />purposes; and Outlot C of Wildlife Sanctuary 3rd Addition for drainage and utility <br />purposes, and that costs will be estimated before it comes to the City Council. <br />4) Consider Highway 10 Median Options at License Bureau Access - No Action <br />Necessary <br />5) Consider No Parking Restrictions at Comers in Ramsey Town Center - Council <br />made a motion to ratify the recommendation of the Public Warks Committee and directed <br />staff to restrict parking within 20 feet of crosswalks within Ramsey Town Center if traffic <br />conditions and development warrant by painting the curbing yellow without the use of <br />SIgns. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Jeffrey, Dehen, Elvig, Olson, and <br />Strommen. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Look. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Public Hearing: Application for On-Sale, Sunday and 2:00 a.m. Intoxicating <br />Liquor License; Case of OI'Skool Bar and Grill <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:19 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearine: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:19 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that two individuals, Leslie Pavlak and Timothy Worm, have <br />applied for a liquor license. He stated that in processing the application, Police Chief Way has <br />found that it is necessary to do a more thorough. background and financial investigation. He <br />stated that the applicant has deposited the additional funds required for this. <br /> <br />Police Chief Way stated that he found some areas of concern and he does not have the necessary <br />. experience, especially in the financial realm, to complete this investigation. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that he would recommend continuing the hearing to Tuesday, <br />November 25,2008, as part of the motion, since the applicants are not present. <br /> <br />Citizen Invut <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />City Council!
