Staff is negotiating. with Production Design Products for an expansion and <br />reconfiguration of its existing business but will entertain all other offer.s. <br /> <br />14105 Azurite Street: Construction is underway for a 12,000 S.F. manufacturing facility that will <br />be cOq1plete in early Spring. . . <br /> <br />Miscellaneous <br /> <br />Northern Secreatarial ServiceslLearninl! Lodl!e: Construction is complete on a New Day Care <br />I Learning facility on Nowthen Blvd just north of Sunfish Lake Boulevard. The new facility will <br />have the capacity to have 91 children. It will also include a stand alone deli/coffee shop that will <br />be serving coffee from Ramsey' sown Paradise Roasters. . <br /> <br />, <br />Town Center: Buxton Study findings will be presented to stakeholders and interested parties in <br />December or January.
