<br />Hwy 47/167th Commercial Node: Buxton Study findings will be presented to stakeholders and <br />interested parties in December or January. <br /> <br />Monument Signs: Staff is still in the final stages of putting an implementation plan together for <br />the Monument Signs. Connexus.has provided the City with some calculations regarding running <br />the electricity to the proposed sites in our Industrial Parks. Dennis Sharp has put together some <br />cost estimates for construction of the signs. There was a significant increase in cost due to the <br />full footings that the City requires for monument signs. Staff will attempt to get another quote <br />for the signs and will present a package when time permits. <br /> <br />Business Expo: Staff has been working. with a Ramsey Business to design a "Business Expo" <br />that would focus on the food, service arid retail business of the community.
