Name, place of birth, date of birth, aJ1d street residence of the applicant <br /> <br />b. The business address Rl1d the uaine aud addreSS of the owner of the' proposed <br />licens'ed premises, and the exact legal description of the licensed premises. <br /> <br />c, A statement as to whether, withlQ. the preceding five (5) years, the appl,icant <br />has beell convicted of any Jaw relating to theft, damage or trespass to <br />property, sale of a controlled substance, or the operation of a business; the <br />nature of any such offense aild the pel1alty assessed. <br /> <br />d. Whether the applicant isa natural persoll; corporati.on or Partnership, <br /> <br />1. If the applicant is a cor:poration, the state of the incorporation and the <br />1lafi:1eS and addresses of all officerS aJld directors. The applicatiotl <br />shall be accolllpanied by the Articles of incorporation and' Secretary of <br />State's Certificate of good standing ofthecorporation. <br /> <br />2. If the appHcant is a Partn~ship, the nameS and addresses' of all <br />partners shall be included. The application shall be accompanied by <br />the Partnership Agreement. <br /> <br />e, The name of the manager or proprietor of the business. <br /> <br />f. The names, residences and business addresses of three (3) persons, residents <br />of the State of I\1lunesota of good inoral character, not related to the <br />applicant or financially intere,sted in the licensed premises who JUay be <br />referred to for t:he applicant's character or in th~c~se where i~1f()flll/ition is <br />required of a manager, the manager'scl1aracter, <br /> <br />g. Each application shall be accompanied by a bond ui the amount of <br />$5,000.00 executoo by a corporation authorized to do business in the State <br />of Minnesota and conditioned that in conducting such business the licensee <br />will observe all laws in relation to pawnbrokers, and will conduct business <br />in conformity thereto, afld that the licensee will account for and deliver to <br />any person legally entitled any goods which have coine into the licensee's <br />possession through the licemee's business as a Pawnbroker; ot III lieu <br />thereof, will pay the reasonable value in money to the person. SUell bond <br />shall be maintained so long as the licensee does business in the City.
