License Required. Licensees shall be notified in writing thirty (30) days before <br />an,yadjustment is implemented. <br /> <br />c. Billable transaction fees shall be billed monthly and are due and payable <br />within thirty (30) clays. FaiIllte to do so is a violation of this SectiOll. <br /> <br />7.13.03 <br /> <br />Application Procedure and Investigation <br /> <br />Subdivision lo; Filing of Application. Every applicant fora license to <br />maintain, operate or conduct a Pawnbroketshop shall file a completed application uilder oath <br />with the City upon a form provided by the Administrator and pay a non.,refunclable application <br />fee in an amount s~t by Council resolution and the investigation fee described below~ The <br />application, oiice accepted~shall be referred to the City Police Department for investigation. <br />Copies ofthis application: shall be forwarded to .such other City depaItlnents as the Council shall <br />deem appropriate fot investigation of the facts set forth iii the application.
